Rental Conditions

1. The rental period starts when the product is transferred from Soft Play Land to the renter.
2. The renter will receive the product at the reserved time. At the start of the rental, Soft Play Land will document any pre-existing damage or issues with the product. Soft Play Land guarantees the product is in working order and matches its description at the beginning of the rental.
3. The renter is not allowed to let anyone else use the Soft Play Land product without Soft Play Land's explicit permission.
4. The rental includes the necessary blowers for using the Soft Play Land product as intended during the rental agreement. The renter must use the product responsibly and follow the guidelines in the Soft Play Land user manual provided.
5. The rental fee does not cover damage resulting from careless, improper, negligent, or intentional misuse of the Bubble balloon house or blowers. The renter is responsible for paying for such damages. Do not operate the blower continuously for more than 5 hours.
6. The renter will pay Soft Play Land for damages they cause based on the following rates:
7. The Soft Play Land product must be returned neatly folded and clean. The renter must inform Soft Play Land of any damage or issues that occurred during the rental upon return. If the Soft Play Land product is returned late, the renter will be charged a daily late fee of €150 until it is returned.
8. Soft Play Land is not responsible for accidents caused by the renter's misuse or failure to follow the rules.
9. Any disagreements about this contract will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If no agreement is reached, unresolved issues will be settled according to the laws of Finland.
10. For resolving disputes, customers can contact the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform, the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or a court.
